Where personal data is transferred there, we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards (such as EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework). By using the contact or booking function, you acknowledge this transfer.
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and as far as statutory retention duties apply. Server logs are deleted by the hosting provider according to its usual schedules.
You have the right to information about your personal data, to rectification, deletion and restriction of processing, and, where applicable, to data portability and objection.
