Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We only share what is necessary for the function concerned.

4 Transfers abroad

Some of the providers above are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred there, we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards (such as EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework). By using the contact or booking function, you acknowledge this transfer.

5 Retention

We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and as far as statutory retention duties apply. Server logs are deleted by the hosting provider according to its usual schedules.

6 Your rights

You have the right to information about your personal data, to rectification, deletion and restriction of processing, and, where applicable, to data portability and objection. Please use the contact address above. Visitors from the EU/EEA may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Switzerland, the FDPIC is competent.

7 Changes

We may adapt this privacy policy if the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
