A team that has built this multiple times.

Building ecosystems is a craft you do not learn from books. Our team has practised it repeatedly: from the fintech incubator of the Swiss stock exchange to a global quantum accelerator, across three continents, through design, build and operations.

F10, today Tenity: the fintech incubator of the Swiss stock exchange.

Our team helped build and operationally run the F10 FinTech Incubator & Accelerator in Zurich: founded and operated by SIX, the operator of Switzerland's financial infrastructure. An initiative of the stock exchange became "The Home of FinTech", one of Europe's leading fintech ecosystems, which today continues to grow globally under the name Tenity as an innovation-ecosystem operator and early-stage investor.

01

Full programme lifecycle

Three consecutive programmes ("Idea to Prototype", "Prototype to Product", "Product to Market") plus corporate roundtables: from first concept to market entry, with structured stage gates, masterclasses, coaching and demo days.

02

A corporate ecosystem as demand engine

Leading financial institutions as paying members, including banks, insurers and advisory firms of the Swiss financial industry. Corporates supplied real business challenges, ran pilot projects with the startups and became first customers: exactly the model we build for quantum today.

03

Global deal flow and hackathons

International hackathons in Zurich, Vienna and Singapore, presence at the world's leading fintech events, AI-assisted startup screening and applications from over 80 countries. Deal flow was engineered, not hoped for.

04

Measurable startup outcomes

More than 50 startups incubated and accelerated, with a graduation rate above 80 percent, a 98 percent survival rate among graduates, over 20 million dollars in seed investment and more than 200 jobs created.

05

Corporate innovation that shipped products

Alongside startups, corporate ventures emerged in the ecosystem's orbit that shaped the Swiss financial industry: from the national digital payment solution to digital exchange infrastructure.

06

Internationalization as a programme

Building the international Zurich–Singapore axis with hubs and programmes at both locations: the blueprint for how startups scale from a local ecosystem into global markets.

QAI Ventures: the playbook, applied to quantum.

With QAI Ventures, our team carried the ecosystem craft into the quantum and AI world: as a venture builder, accelerator and early-stage investor based in Switzerland with international expansion. This is where the model proved itself in a deep-tech market where technology readiness, talent scarcity and long sales cycles make everything harder.

01

A quantum accelerator with global cohorts

Building and running an accelerator programme specifically for quantum startups: with international scouting, competitive selection, investment in the participating teams and a programme that combines technological depth with commercialization.

02

An ecosystem around real infrastructure

Anchoring the ecosystem at a physical innovation site with quantum infrastructure: startups, corporates and research in one place, with access to systems instead of only simulators. The direct template for the hardware coupling we offer today.

03

International expansion: Canada and Singapore

Building locations and partnerships in North America and Asia, including programmes with regional government and research partners: proof that a quantum ecosystem can be replicated across continents, adapted to local strengths.

04

Venture building in deep tech

Founding and building ventures from scratch, with founder sourcing from research groups, use-case validation with industry partners and capital from the in-house vehicle: the most demanding module of the craft, in the most demanding industry.

05

A bridge between state, research and capital

Working with public agencies, universities and private investors in several countries: first-hand experience of the stakeholder landscape that shapes every government mandate.

What this means for you

A proven playbook. Your team at the end.

Principle 1

Done multiple times, not lucky once

Two complete ecosystems, two industries, three continents: the same craft, each time adapted to the context. The methodology, templates and processes from both builds flow directly into your mandate.

Principle 2

Joint team build-up

We bring an experienced core team from day one. The local team is built together with you: job profiles, recruitment, training and shadowing are a fixed part of the build phase, not an afterthought.

Principle 3

Complete handover

After a jointly defined period we hand the ecosystem over to your team in full: knowledge, processes, relationships and operations. The mandate ends with your independence, not with a dependency on us.

Next step

Let's talk about your ecosystem.

30 minutes on your plans, our approach, and the lessons from F10 and QAI Ventures that transfer to it.
