Each module can be developed on its own and delivers measurable value by itself. The ecosystem reaches its full potential when all modules are in place: the hackathons feed the incubator, the incubator feeds the accelerator, and the fund binds the best teams to the system.
The most demanding module: we found ventures from scratch, where the market has not yet produced founders.
Use-case validation. Together with hardware providers, corporates or research partners we identify application fields where quantum delivers an economic edge today or soon, and test them against market size, willingness to pay and technology readiness.
Founder sourcing. We recruit founder personalities from research groups, industry and our own network, pairing technical depth with commercial drive.
Build to first customer. Incorporation, product architecture, first pilots, seed setup: we build alongside until the venture stands on its own, then step back gradually.
Output: 2–4 newly founded ventures per year
For hardware providers: ventures architected on your stack from day one, use cases along your roadmap: each venture a locked-in reference workload and part of the application layer your systems need.
For governments: spin-outs from your research institutes that would otherwise never leave the lab: value creation that stays in the country.
The core of the ecosystem: 6–9 months from prototype to launched MVP, with a methodology distilled from more than 100 supported ventures.
Four stage gates. Ideation (understand the customer problem), problem/solution fit (prove the idea addresses a problem worth solving), product/market fit (prove the business model at small scale), MVP launch (first paying customer and proof of concept).
Masterclasses and coaching. Project management, customer discovery, prototyping, business model, marketing and investor readiness: interlocked with weekly coaching that is constructive but demanding.
Hardware access and demo day. Guaranteed compute time and technical mentoring on real hardware instead of simulators, including hybrid quantum-HPC/AI workflows; seed funding and contracting; closing with a demo day in front of corporates and investors.
Format: 6–9 months, 4–7 startups per cohort, selected from 50–70 qualified applications through a two-day selection event
For hardware providers: the guaranteed compute time is the programme perk no competitor can copy, and every startup a future customer.
For governments: the graduates are the companies, jobs and success stories your hub will be measured by.
For teams that already stand: intense market access, enterprise pilots and follow-on funding, in boosts of 3–6 months.
Contracting and local adaptation. Onboarding from our own incubation or external deal flow, then a review and adaptation of strategy, business model and product to the target market.
Roadshow and matchmaking. Structured brokerage to corporates: real pilot projects instead of showroom demos, with pre-sales support and contract guidance.
Investing and funding. Preparation and support of Series A/B rounds, investor days, co-investment brokerage; afterwards independence or the internationalization programme.
Format: boosts of 3–6 months, stays of up to 24 months, rolling intake with two entry points per year
For hardware providers: every brokered enterprise pilot is a commercial deployment of your stack at the customer.
For governments: the accelerator attracts international startups to your location, not only local ones: settlement through programme, not subsidy.
The top of the funnel, and the answer to quantum's second bottleneck: in a market where roughly half of quantum roles go unfilled, this module turns students into practitioners and researchers into founders.
Preparation with sponsors. Business challenges are developed with sponsors and partners: real problems from industry and government, not toy tasks.
The events. 2.5-day hackathons with diverse teams, mentoring sessions, customer interviews and a pitch final, solved on real hardware; complemented by bootcamps and practitioner training aligned with universities and industry demand.
Deal-flow and talent generation. Structured follow-up with the best teams, meetups for retention, a golden ticket into the incubator: participants become founders, and trainees become the workforce the ecosystem hires from.
Format: 1 global and 1 local event per year, access to 120+ vetted talents and 25+ prototypes per event, media reach for sponsors included
For hardware providers: hundreds of developers per year get their first hours on your systems: the top of your adoption funnel.
For governments: visible events with universities and industry make the hub known at home and abroad, and the training formats build the workforce your strategy promises.
Capital that holds the ecosystem together: the fund invests in the best ventures and binds them to the system for the long term.
Setup in the design phase. Strategy, size and structure are decided together: from a focused seed vehicle to a full venture fund with a 10-year lifetime and growth financing.
Investing with a system advantage. The fund watches every team for months inside the programme before investing: screening and due-diligence quality external investors cannot replicate. Standard term sheets and lean governance included.
Full management. SPV setup, investment process, portfolio support, reporting and exit development: as part of ecosystem operations, with a seat on the investment committee for the client.
Range: seed to Series A follow-on; for government setups up to growth financing
For hardware providers: dual return logic: financial return plus strategic hardware value. Term sheets can carry usage commitments.
For governments: the sovereign fund finances the hub's startups, crowds in private co-investment and, in the full setup, is modelled to cover operating costs over its lifetime.
Not a module of its own, but what carries all modules and ensures that modules developed separately later click into one system.
All programmes, stage gates and processes are documented and tested: design thinking, lean startup and agile methods interlocked into one continuous company-building system with digital progress tracking.
An on-demand network of over 60 mentors and subject-matter experts, plus partner models for corporates, sponsors and enablers with defined benefits and fees.
From the space concept through branding and marketing to daily operations: community formats, events, IT environment and the organisation behind it, including local team build-up.
Scope and sequence are decided in the design phase. In 30 minutes we find out where your ecosystem creates impact fastest.
